The Adidas Terrex Hydro Boot is designed to provide ultimate thermal protection, making it ideal for paddlers whether you are in a canoe or a kayak. Its vamp combines high-resistance TPU and neoprene with double stitching for high abrasion resistance, and there is a zip closure on the instep to provide additional protection to the lacing. The Sole consists of stealth rubber which is a special sole rubber with excellent grip, used on climbing shoes and bike shoes by Five Ten and Adidas. Built to meet the rugged and varied demands of canyoning, they are most at home in wet, rocky terrain.
In terms of support, the lacing provides a wide degree of fit adjustment, while the wide Velcro tab will stabilise your ankle however rough the terrain and will prevent water from seeping in, the ankle support is much better and will give you that extra confidence when on rocky terrain. The stealth rubber outsole grips the slickest of rocks and the soft high neoprene lining provides you all day comfort in wet conditions.
